1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to WEMP solutions.org. WEMPsolutions offer it’s services to you, subject to the following "Provisions of Service" (POS) which may be updated from time, to time without notice to you. You can view the most current version of the (POS) at any time under http://docs. WEMP solutions.org /info/pos/. In addition when using WEMPsolutions services you as well as WEMPsolutions shall abide by all posted guidelines and rules applicable to such Services which may be posted ever so often.
All guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the POS. WEMPsolutions will occasionally offer services and price quotations for instance from Internet Marketing companies or offer links to companies offering special prices for clothing stuff etc. which will also be governed by the same conditions and guidelines.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
WEMPsolutions is an online service provided to enable beginning and independent business owners and professionals to find and connect with other professionals in the WEMPsolutions system. Unless explicitly stated otherwise any new feature that enhances or changes any Service that we offer will be subject to the POS.
You understand and agree that the Service is provided " AS-IS "and that WEMPsolutions assumes no responsibility for the deletion, misquotation, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalised settings. In order to use the Service one has to obtain access to the world wide web, either directly or through devices that access web base content, and pay any fees associated with such access. In addition one must provide all necessary equipment to make such connections to the world wide web, that includes a computer, a modem or other access devices.
3. YOUR OBLIGATION TO REGISTER
In consideration of your use of the Service you agree to (a) provide true current and accurate information about yourself and your company as indicated in the service registration form ( registration data ) and (b) update the registration when your data changes. To keep it true, current and up to date.
If you provide any information that is untrue inaccurate, and misleading, or if WEMPsolutions has reason to suspect that the information provided is in any way untrue, not current or misleading WEMP solutions has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all present and future use of the Service.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
Registration Data and all other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. PARTNER CONDUCT YOU AGREE NOT TO USE THE SERVICES TO :

upload, post e-mail or any other types of transmitted messages or Content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene or in any manner objectionable. You also agree not to transmit any material which contain software viruses or any other computer code, files and programs design to cause malfunction, or to disable any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

upload or transmit any form of solicitation of unauthorised advertisement be it in the form of "spam" junk mail" or any type of promotional material or schemes. You also agree not to transmit or upload any Content which infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right of any party and not to disguise the origin in any way of the Content transmitted through the Service.

interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in any way, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects the users ability to engage in real time exchange.

violate any applicable law, national or world wide, intentional or unintentional but not limited to any U.S. securities and Exchange commission, The New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ, the American Stock Exchange, and all regulations having the force of law.

collect or store personal data about other users. You also agree that WEMP.org does not pre-screen Content but that WEMPsolutions reserve the right to refuse or move any Content that is accessible through the Services, and to remove any Content that violates the POS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must bear all risks associated with the use of any Content including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of such Content .
You acknowledge and agree that WEMPsolutions may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if told to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to ( i ) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of WEMPsolutions it’s users and the public. ( ii ) to comply with the legal process; ( iii ) enforce the POS, ( iiii ) respond to any claims, that any Content posted violates the rights of third parties.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve ( i ) transmission through or over various networks; and ( ii ) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
6. ACCOUNT PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account number upon completion of the Services registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account number, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account.
You agree to immediately notify WEMPsolutions of any unauthorised use of your password, account number or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. WEMPsolutions will not be held liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with section 6.
7. SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE
In recognising the nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules governing online conduct and acceptable Content. You specifically agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you resides.
8. PUBLIC CONTENT POSTED TO " WEMPSolutions.org "
Public accessible areas of the Service are those areas accessible by the general public. Posted Content such as graphics, photos and all other types of Content you select to post to any public accessible area of the Service, you grant WEMPsolutions the world wide royalty free and non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable right and license use modify, adapt, publish, reproduce translate, or to in-corporate it in other works in any media form or technology now or later developed, and change in any form in part or in whole such Content on the Service solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting the specific cause to which WEMP solutions dedicate itself to.

10. NO RELEASE OF SERVICE
you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
11. GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You acknowledge that WEMPsolutions may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including the maximum amount of days that any type of Content can be posted on the Service.
You also acknowledge that WEMPsolutions reserve the right to log off any account that has been inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that WEMPsolutions reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time without advance notice.
12. MODIFICATION OF SERVICE
WEMPsolutions reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue temporarily, or permanently the Service in part or in whole without advance notice. You also agree that WEMPsolutions shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
13. TERMINATION
You agree that WEMPsolutions in it ´s sole discretion may terminate your password account, or use of the Service and remove and discard Content within the Service for any reason that WEMPsolutions would have to believe that you and or your actions violates the terms of the POS.
You agree that WEMPsolutions shall not be liable to you or third-parties for any termination of your access to the Service, and that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this POS may be affected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that WEMPsolutions may immediately deactivate, or delete your account, and all related information and files in your account, and bar any future access to such files or the Service.
14. CONDUCT WITH ADVERTISERS
Your correspondence, business dealings or participation in promotions of advertisers found on or through the Service including payment and delivery of related goods and services and any other terms and warranties, associated with such dealings are solely between you and the advertiser. You also agree that WEMPsolutions shall not be responsible or held liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

The Service may provide or third parties may provide, links to other world wide web sites or resources. Because WEMPsolutions has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that WEMPsolutions is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources.
For any Content, advertisement, products or other material on or available on such sites or resources, you also acknowledge and agree that WEMPsolutions shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any damage caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with use or reliance of such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resources.
16. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary Software used in connection with the Service contain proprietary and, confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsored advertisement or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers are protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, patents or other proprietary, rights and laws.
Except as expressly authorised by WEMPsolutions or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in part or in whole.
WEMPsolutions.org grants you a personal non-transferrable and none-exclusive right and license to use the object code of it´s Software on a single computer, provided that you and no third party copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt, to discover any source code, sell, assign sublicense grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software, or to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including for the purpose of obtaining unauthorised access to the Service.
You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by WEMP.org for use in accessing the Service.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND, PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND " AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WEMPsolutions.org EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, WARRENTS OF MERCHANTABILIT, AND CLAIMS OF ANY KIND WHETHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED.
WEMPsolutions.org MAKES NO GUARENTEES WHETHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY, OR ERROR FREE. THE RESLUTS OBTAINED BY THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE AND RELIABLE, AND THAT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE, INFORMATION, AND PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE BY YOU WILL MEET ALL OF YOUR EXPECTATONS, AND ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
DOWNLOADED MATERIAL OR MATERIAL OTHERWISE OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULT FROM THE DOWNLOADING OF SUCH MATERIAL AND AGREE THAT ANY ADVICE OR INFORTMATION OBTAINED BY YOU FROM " WEMP solutions.org " OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE "POS".
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WEMP.org SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
YOU ALSO AGREE THAT WEMP.org WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS, SERVICES GOODS, INFORMATION, TRANSACTIONS PURCHASED OR OBTAINED, ENTERDE INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSION OR DATA, OR ANY TYPE OF CONDUCT OR STATEMENTS FROM THIRD PARTIES USAGE OF, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
19. EXCLUSIONS OF LIMITATIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR COSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. ACCORDLINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF SECTION 16 AND 17 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
20. NOTICE
The Service may provide notices of changes in the POS or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Service. This will be done either via e-mail or regular mail.
21. TRADEMARK INFORMATION
without the prior permission from WEMP solutions you agree not to display or use in any manner the WEMP solutions marks.
22. COPYRIGHT and COPYRIGHT AGENTS
WEMPsolutions respect the intellectual property of others, and we expect our users to do the same. If you have any reason to believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringements, please provide WEMPsolutions copyright agent with the following information.
1. a description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
2. a description of where the material is located on the site.
3. your address, telephone number, and e-mail.
4. a statement from you made in good faith that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, it ´s agents or the law.
5. a statement from you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the behalf of the copyright owner.
23. GENERAL INFORMATION
The POS constitute the entire agreement between you and WEMPsolutions and govern our use of the
Service eliminating any prior agreements between you and WEMPsolutions. You may also be subject
to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third party Content,
and software.
The POS and the relationship between you and WEMPsolutions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Sacramento California. You and WEMPsolutions agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of Sacramento California. The failure of WEMPsolutions to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the POS does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any part or provision of the POS are found under the competent jurisdiction of the courts to be invalid, the parties agree nevertheless that the court shall endeavour to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provisions of the POS remain in full force and effect.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claims or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Service or the POS must be filed within one (1) year. This section titles in the POS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
24. VIOLATIONS
Please report any and all violations of the POS to our customer service centre group.
